I've been with Dr connly for a year now he's the best doctor I've found in Altoona he listened to me and got me to the right specilest to help me I would recommend him to everyone

Frank L. Conly, MD - I will not refer this doctor to friends/family. He has neglected my care for a whole year. Has tried to deny me tests to be done when i have asked due to my family history. He has neglected to do a physical i needed done for my job. He also violated HIPAA when leaving the door open. He only looks at the computer & not really talk to the patient. He barely even touches a patient when checking the neck lymphnodes. He just checks your heart and lungs & that is it. The nurse that takes you back does more work than the doctor does. Staff is alright.
