My visit was and is always excellent. Ashley is one of the best hygienists out there and is a hoot to talk with. Staff is great, also.

Spent 2 hours total there. It was 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged and given my paper work as they talked about food and talked to the ups driver. I got countless and an unnecessary amount of xrays which hurt as the lady jabbed the tool in and out of my mouth. I waited 20 minutes on a chair before I was seen in the back. It already took hour after my appointment time to get taken back. My xrays were left up so any employee and patient walking by to another room could see them. My gums were poked and prodded after waiting another 15 minutes and nothing done then. I then had to wait another near 10 minutes in the waiting room to be checked out only to find out the cost is too expensive and they won't work with you by doing one thing at a time and only paying for that thing. So I missed 2 hours of work and left crying in a panic still with a broken tooth that I cant afford to fix with their costs. Oh and they are gonna add in the fluoride treatment which wasnt asked for or asked permission for it is just a money scheme to them that they sneak in to everyone. I heard about that issue and its true. Needless to say I won't be returning in the month and a half they want me to wait to fix a broken tooth and then some with money I don't have and adding on whatever they please to make money. They certainly weren't friendly either like the aspen company portrays their staff to be. Would not recommend if you want friendly affordable caring dental work.
